Work Packages
WP1 ERA-NET management and co-ordination
The Environment Agency lead the work package that determines the tasks, composition and decision-making of the co-ordinator, co-ordination office, Network Steering Committee, Work Package Leaders Group and Advisory Board, as well as the financial management. The co-ordinator identify new network participants to bring within the scope of the project and integrate them into the activities of SKEP. Sucesses so far include -
Network Steering committee meetings
SKEP has had three Network Steering Committee meetings. Minutes from Jun 06 meeting, June 2007 and June 2008 meeting are available for download.
Work package leaders meetings
SKEP has hosted 6 monthly Work package leaders meetings since the start of the project. December 05, June 06, October 06, June 07 and Nov 07.
Advisory board meetings
There have been 3 Advisory Board meetings, in June 06, June 07 and June 08.
Communication activities
A communication strategy has been developed for the 4 years of the project.
Financial Guidance
Guidance on subcontracting, time recording, receipt tracking, hosting workshops and conducting audits have been developed for participants.
Interim Activity ReportS
Interim Activity Reports have been submitted to the Commission in December 2005, June 2006, December 2006, June 2007, December 2007.
Periodic Activity Report
The first periodic activity report was submitted to the Commission for comment in January 2007.
