WP5 Plan and develop collaborative work areas
The Irish Environmental Protection Agency lead this work package. The objective of this work package is to prepare three common calls. The particular topics will be identified from work package WP2, WP4 and WP6. However, we expect that the specific topic or theme could be a common high priority area, an emerging need area, an 'orphan issue' or cross-cutting issues. A review will be carried out based on experience from the first and second joint call to review legal and administrative barriers to funding trans-national programmes in preparation for the second call.
First Pilot Joint Call
The first pilot joint call on the topic of sustainable consumption and production was launched on 20 June 07. The 3 projects were funded have now started.
Second pilot Joint call
The second pilot Joint call on the topic of science into policy processes was launched in February 2008. The Projects have now started.
Third Joint call
The third joint call is now CLOSED.
