On 13-15 May, the SKEP co-ordination team and SwEPA hosted the SKEP Conference 2009, attended by SKEP participants, Joint Call Project teams, stakeholders and IMPEL Members. The conference marked the end of the first phase of SKEP as it evolves into an independant network.
