What was SKEP?
Observers
Observers were be kept informed of SKEP activities and be invited to some meetings. They did not participate in all meetings and work packages. Initially their involvement was be self-funded but some eventually become part of the SKEP ERA-NET. Efforts was made to include and involve more observers during the lifetime of SKEP.
