What is SKEP?
Observers
Observers will be kept informed of SKEP activities and be invited to some meetings. They will not participate in all meetings and work packages but may do so in the future. Initially their involvement would be self-funded but some may eventually become part of the SKEP ERA-NET, provided this is compatible with the EC contract. Efforts will be made to include and involve more observers during the lifetime of SKEP.
