ANCS colleagues
Mrs. Iulia MIHAIL, Director, European Integration and International Cooperation Division will represent ANCS in SKEP Network Steering Committee Meetings. Since 2004 Iulia has worked as a Counselor within the General Department for Strategies, R&D Programs, Monitoring and Evaluation. She has also worked as the Head of the Division for Bilateral Cooperation and Relations with International Organisations for Research. AND has been involved in negotiating and concluding bilateral international documents, running international programs, international meetings and official delegations for many years. She was the National Contact Point at the European Commission for the International Cooperation Program - INCO and for the INTAS Program.
Viorel VULTURESCU will lead the ANCS contribution to SKEP by attending work package meetings. Viorel is a Project Coordinator within ANCS. He has extensive experience of Framework Programmes 5 ,6 and 7 and the environmental programme and projects within this. He was seconded as a national expert to EC DG-RTD Environment, unit 2 in charge of more that 30 contracts (FP 5 and FP 6) and acted as the National Contact Point (NCP) for Environment in FP6 and FP7 and is now the Romanian NCP coordinator. Viorel will represent the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in this project by participating in all work package meetings.
Viorel will be assisted in these tasks by a part-time technical assistant, to be appointed.
