Kirsten Broch Mathisen is Director of the Department of Environmental Issues, Energy and Sustainable Development, Strategic Priorities Division at RCN who will participate in SKEP through the annual Network Steering Group meetings.
Per Backe-Hansen work as Spesial Adviser in the Department for Energy and the Environment, Strategic Priorities Division of the RCN, and coordinates the Norwegian research programme Environment 2015. He is also a member of the BiodivERsA team. Mr. Backe-Hansen will be assisted by Mr. Jonas Enge from the same department.
